IEC students have been having a fantastic time during their practical sport periods where they have been enjoying other sports apart from soccer!
Term 1 saw our new year 7 students excited about doing science like real scientists and acquiring some new, but essential science skills and scientific thinking skills.
The celebrations started in the morning. Each stage held an assembly in honour of the New Year; performance of the anthems, displaying of the flags, poems and dedications.
During this term, students started another year of learning the Assyrian Language, in addition to, learning other subjects.
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all the new families who have joined our IEC community this year and also give a warm welcome to the families from last year.
A new discipline system has been implemented for 2018. All students have been informed and have received information with regards to the new level system.
Recently 6 of our students who are excelling in science received the Victor Chang Science Awards. They visited the Victor Chang Institute for Cardiac Research.
